KISCC Intention 2020 Workshop

What change plans do you have for 2020? What are you hoping to do differently next year? In what areas do you want to get ahead in your life?
This Keep It Simple Coaching & Consulting in-person workshop is for adults who get excited about setting personal or professional goals in the New Year, start off strong in taking action on them, but then lose momentum and struggle to follow through on their plans. Is this you or someone you know?
During this session, you will:
– understand the impact of setting intentions vs. goals for meaningful change
– develop a clear personal vision for what you want in your life
– take an honest look at where you are currently at and what is getting in your way of moving forward
– set an intention and plan some simple action steps to start successfully making the change you are looking for
As a participant in this workshop, you will be provided with a workbook to help guide your thoughts and ideas during the session’s activities. You will also be encouraged to actively engage in discussions and ask questions to maximize your learning and growing experience.
*Workshop registration will take place between 8:30-9:00 a.m.
*Coffee, tea, water, and a mid-morning nutrition break are included in the price of the workshop.
*Lunch will be on own from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
*Seats are limited for this workshop to ensure quality interactions can take place between coach and participants.
